There is an immediate opening for a Patient Coordinators in our award-winning Chiropractic, Spinal Decompression and Massage center in Walnut Creek, CA.
You will be joining our team of two doctors, five staff, two massage therapists and two pilates instructors ( Yes we have a lot of exciting things going on)! We recently expanded to the suite across the hall for more decompression tables and a wellness office! We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and organized person with a healthy lifestyle who enjoys working with and contributing to a winning team.
You must be a confident and organized self-starter who enjoys being a team player but also has the capability to be successful in a busy practice with multiple chiropractors and massage therapists.
Great communication skills will be necessary as you interact with the patients and our team.
You must be compassionate to patient needs, flexible in a changing environment and be efficient in multiple daily tasks.
Experience in the health and wellness industry and customer service experience is an asset, but not a requirement.
