The right candidate will be able to handle all the administrative tasks required to run a successful business thereby freeing up the Financial Advisor to prospect for new clients and to allow the Office Manager to service existing clients.
We are always looking for ways to improve the productivity of our company and would love to bring in an individual who would be willing to help us in that area! Time Management, efficiency, and prioritizing are the key skills that we are looking for.
Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following for financial/investment/divorce options clients:
Manage all electronic filing records.
Receive scanned documents from agent, file and email documents as needed.
Provide general office support.
Reviewing documents for obvious omissions/errors and processing applications.
Update clients weekly with the status of their applications.
Field incoming client calls and handle client needs.
Draft and mail letters and other correspondence to clients.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Contribute to marketing and goal setting ideas and implementation.
Other in office administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent.
Some higher education preferred.
Basic knowledge of outlook, word and excel.
Administrative experience preferred.
Knowledge and or experience in the financial industry a plus.
Fingerprinting and background check required Job Type:
