The Receptionist supports the success of the firm and the delivery of quality professional services to clients by providing a welcoming and well-organized office and meeting space through excellent customer service.
The essential functions of this position require daily in-person presence in the office to facilitate all aspects of reception services.
This position is accountable for receiving clients, vendors and the public, prompt and accurate facilitation of communications at a reception area, computer data entry as it pertains to client intake processing, conference room scheduling, supply maintenance and ordering, interoffice communications and works closely with the Firm Administrator on related matters and special projects.

The annual base compensation range for this Walnut Creek position is between $39,000 and $43,000 dependent upon experience.
Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including years of experience and professional skills required for this role.

Requirements:
Experience:
Prior administrative assistance, reception facilities experience desired, preferably in a professional office environment.
Education:
High school diploma/GED required.
College or business school desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Attention to detail, excellent customer service, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to pro-actively solve problems, use good judgment and prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency in the use of the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel), Zoom for video conferencing.
Must be comfortable operating multi-line phone system and office equipment (computers, printers, scanners, etc.
) as well as communicate with attorneys, clients, vendors and staff.
