Green Bay Remodeling is searching for an experienced Customer Service/ Phone Sales Representative.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to generate appointment sales in a fast-paced environment.
A successful customer service representative must be friendly, persuasive, and have great customer service relations through lead generation.
Do you have great phone skills, customer service, and/or sales experience? Join our team! Experience in home remodeling is a plus.
You will be directly in charge of booking appointments and dispatching the project managers to potential clients.
Must be good with technology (Computer CRM, Google Calendars, etc.
) and able to self-manage, be well organized, be a fast learner, and be a problem solver! Please note this is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities Scheduling Appointments Hot/Warm calls to clients who have a need for remodeling/construction using our CRM database (50
calls/day) Answer incoming calls from prospective customers Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's needs Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system Go the extra mile to meet sales/calls/appointments quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and record useful information Skills Experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills Persistent and results-oriented Patient and able to handle customer rejection Proficient in Sales Force CRM platform, and booking software's Position is located at our Corporate Office in Walnut Creek, CA.
