We are looking for an individual who is an effective communicator and comfortable being a member of the team.
The ability to learn new online programs related to the travel industry while maintaining confidentiality and managing customer trip details and managing client follow-up is essential in this position.
The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional attention to detail, be well organized and maintain excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Enter new Clients and trip details into CRM along with reservations - including payments, trip invoices, etc.
Track client reminders in Calendar for timely follow-up.
Creating and send client letters and email for each trip.
Prepare client documents.
Destination and City Trip Research Desired Skills Previous travel experience preferred Previous Client Care experience Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel Adaptable to learning new Online Programs related to the travel industry Maintain Confidentiality with Customer Details and trips Strong oral and written Communication Skills Excellent Organizational Skills Exceptionally Detail Oriented - paying special attention to client and reservations details to maintain accuracy Ability to use CRM Able to work independently with little or no direction Ease of switching gears in an ever changing fast paced environment Job Types:
