We are presently seeking office assistance.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Scheduling:
clients, designers, and staff for office meetings and site visits High energy, ability to multi-task Strong communication skills - both in writing and on the phone Tech-savvy Office Administrative skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media Strong organizational skills Calm, professional manner with both clients and co-workers REQUIREMENTS:
Speak, read and write English Valid CA driver's license, own your own vehicle Authorized to work in the US, Valid Social Security Number Provide references from previous happy employers TASKS include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones Scheduling all client and internal meetings Manage company gas allowances; maintain company fleet records Purchasing support for projects and the office Arrange Zoom meetings and send links Schedule jobsite deliveries COMPENSATION:
The job pays hourly, $20 - $23 p/h - pay commensurate with experience and education.
After a waiting period, benefits include $250 p/m towards company health insurance plan, as well as a 401K plan with matching, 6 paid holidays, and 5 days PTO The position reports to the Office Manager, working full-time Monday through Friday.
