You will be responsible for helping clients and clinicians with scheduling, tracking intake forms, calling for insurance coverage information and other critical behind the scenes organizational tasks.
Qualifications:
Superior written, computer (typing speed of 40
wpm) and verbal communication skills are a must Previous experience in Medical Appointment Scheduling, Customer Service, and Administrative Functions in a medical environment required Experience with billing and intakes a plus Ability to build rapport with clients, communicate with compassion, patience, and accuracy Ability to communicate with co workers efficiently, clearly, and with accuracy Experience with Google mail and docs a must Ability to prioritize and execute in an efficient and timely manner Team player but also an independent thinker and decision maker Positive and professional demeanor Job Type:
