THIS IS NOT A TEMP POSITION LONG TERM CANDIDATES ONLY Looking to fill a position in client services, starting at $25-$30 per hour, opportunity for income growth on an expedited time schedule is certainly possible based on performance.
Hours are 9-2, 5 days a week, Monday- Friday with the potential to add hours based on competence and accumulated experience in the position.
Ambitious go-getters will be highly rewarded for their efforts.
We would prefer a candidate who has some experience in the health insurance and financial services industry with at the minimum of basic math skills, as this is one of our lines of business.
We will pay a base salary plus monthly performance bonus if this is a good fit.
To be more specific, we will offer a base of $25-$30 per hour plus incentive bonus (once our probationary period is satisfied) based on the office's production, which our new hire would help process.
Conservative bonus estimates could potentially equate to $30-$35 per hour in the first year.
Opportunity also exists for candidate to become an advisor, with mentoring and instruction from our chief advisor.
Key characteristics:

SUPERIOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST.
Computer skills(superior knowledge of windows and office programs), phone skills, punctuality, multitasking, customer service and people skills, spelling/grammar and math competence a must.
Must be able to work well with others.
This is a financial advisor and insurance services outfit.
A health insurance/ banking/finance/life insurance/stock market background would be helpful but not necessarily required - however, handling client funds and office budgeting is an aspect of daily tasks.
We consult our clients regarding their retirement accounts, financial plans, savings and budgeting, risk and insurance needs, as well as helping other small businesses build their benefit packages that are offered to their employees Some of our daily tasks:
enroll clients onto group or individual health plans, run quotes, open client accounts, maintain compliance records and files, providing us with proper forms, performing client account reviews, speaking with clients regarding account and policy updates, working on transfers and maintaining client files and records, contacting our numerous vendors, managing technology set up in the office, as well as adhering to the highest compliance standards.
