Responsibilities:
o Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budgeto Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyerso Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a homeo Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing marketo Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Qualifications:
o Experience with the local real estate market and general trendso 1
years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experienceo Valid U.Sdriver's license with the ability to travel by caro Excellent communication and interpersonal skillso Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desiredAbout Company:
