This person will lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of a team of highly motivated coaches who share our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a love of the game.
The Program Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive soccer curriculum, ensuring it remains fresh and relevant and is delivered expertly by our team of coaches.
This role also encompasses oversight of our seasonal soccer camps at COPA STC, providing an exceptional camp experience for all athletes and utilizing these camps as an opportunity for membership growth.

Key
Responsibilities:
As our Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of elevating soccer standards in our Development Division for both membership training and COPA Camps.
Your success will be measured by the joy on our players' faces, thriving memberships, profitable camps, and a team of coaches that love what they do.

Oversee Coaching Staff:
Recruit, hire, and train, retain and staff a team of passionate coaches committed to the company's mission.
Ensure coaches are well-equipped and trained to deliver high-quality sessions for various age groups.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance coach effectiveness.

Curriculum Development and Maintenance:
Develop and regularly update a comprehensive soccer curriculum tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
Curriculum must remain engaging, innovative, and aligned with industry best practices.
3.
COPA Camps Manager:
Design and execute seasonal camps.
Manage staff and content and use camps as an opportunity for talent identification and membership conversion.
COPA STC should have a wide audience of camp interest and participants because of the exceptional experience we provide.
4.
DPM and Coaching:
Fulfill Daily Program Manager responsibilities and coach sessions when needed.
Set the standard for delivering a high-quality training session.

Process Development and Documentation:
Develop standardized processes and documentation for coaching operations, curriculum implementation, and talent identification.
Ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and can be replicated across future facilities.

Budget & Payroll:
Monitor and manage labor hours to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficiency.
Implement strategies to control labor costs while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field or applicable Coaching Certification(s) 2.

years coaching experience in developing youth soccer athletes of a variety of ages.
3.
Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, and training a dynamic coaching staff 4.
Strong understanding of soccer curriculum development and implementation.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6.
Ability to develop and implement scalable processes and documentation.
7.
Passion for youth development and a commitment to promoting a positive soccer culture.
Job Type:
