Summary:
The Executive Leadership Assistant will provide high-level administrative and comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice Presidents.
This position will also provide administrative support in preparing and supporting quarterly Board Meetings.
The Executive Leadership Assistant will be responsible for all executive administrative tasks, including but not limited to meeting support, calendar management, travel arrangements and project assistance.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Administrative Responsibilities Support the CEO and Executive Vice Presidents on administrative tasks which will include calendar management, meeting support, travel arrangements, expense reports, and other general tasks Prioritize projects, team inquiries, and general duties to promote a smooth day-to-day engagement for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team Schedule corporate Board Meetings, assist in developing agenda with Co-Chairs of the Board, CEO, and EVP, Finance, and take meeting minutes Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient use of time.
Coordinate agenda for meetings, including follow-up items and meeting minutes Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Build and edit executive slides in Power Point/Keynote Manage the administration of the annual recognition program and deliverables for the onsite awards presentation Manage special projects, as assigned by the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, exercising discretion and independent judgment when executing these projects.
Oversee confidential information with discretion and professionalism Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cross platforms Clear ability to work collaboratively and successfully with all levels of management and employees Ability to work well in a fast-paced agency, under pressure and consistently meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining flexible and positive Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and is resolution focused Experience with Box, Concur and Asana are a plus Passion for providing excellent service and quality HOURS:

However, due to the nature and scope of this position, days and hours may fluctuate.
Must have a valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to perform job duties that may include an average amount of lifting (

), sitting, bending, stooping, and standing is required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimal travel is associated with this position.
Travel for InVision-related business is reimbursable at the amount allotted under state & federal guidelines.
EDUCATION/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
This position requires five to seven years of previous proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
SALARY:
The salary range for this role is from $80,000.

Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, which if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
In addition, employees are eligible for benefits including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
