Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store - Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability - Maintain store appearance and cleanliness - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Create and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns - Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions - Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences - Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and inventory management - Organizational skills to maintain records, schedules, and paperwork - Administrative skills for managing employee records, payroll, and other administrative tasks - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to effectively manage stock levels and inventory control Note:
