Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting.
Facilitate weekly psychoeducational sessions covering coping skills, mindfulness, and the psychology of pain.
Evaluate and monitor clinical progress for participants in our multidisciplinary Functional Restoration Program.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans via in-person, virtual, and tele-health settings.
Employ evidence-based pain psychology practices.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure cohesive clinical service delivery.
Maintain prompt and accurate records in our electronic medical records system.
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in clinical practice.
Qualifications:
An active California Psychologist license.
Experience or background in managing chronic pain/illness conditions preferred.
Proficiency in CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness-based interventions.
Trauma-informed care expertise (e.
g.
, EMDR) is a plus.
Experience with integrated therapeutic approaches, especially in chronic pain or trauma, is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills.
A deep commitment to high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
Compensation:
The role offers an hourly compensation of $75-90/hr, depending on licensure and experience.
