Job Description:
Provides Child Life services to pediatric inpatients and outpatients, alleviating the potentially deleterious emotional effects associated with hospitalization and medical treatment.Education:
Bachelor's Degree Child Life Services Required or
Bachelor's Degree Child Development Required or
Bachelor's Degree Related Field - Behavioral Sciences Required or
Bachelor's Degree Related Field - Human Development Required
Master's Degree Preferred
Experience:
3 years Direct Interaction with Children in a health, educational or treatment setting Required
Certifications/Licensures:
CCLS - Certified Child Life Specialist - Current Required
BLS - Basic Life Support - Certification Required
Eligible for a Sign-on Bonus of up to $2,500.00
