Del Monte Foods Inc. is hiring! Del Monte Foods, Inc. is one of the countrys largest producers, distributors and marketers of premium quality, branded food products for the U.S. retail market. Del Monte brands include Del Monte, Contadina, College Inn, S&W and other brand names. The Company also produces and distributes private label food products.
I am seeking an HRIS Analyst. This position will be responsible for technical expertise and support for HR data submission and reports, and will ensure that benefits and related HR information effectively supports the delivery of HR & benefit services to the active work force and to retirees, while assisting the Company in meeting regulatory compliance obligations. The successful candidate MUST have proficiency with Excel and Access, or a similar database application. Experience with ADP HRIS and Payroll and Kronos, or experience with similar products will also be required. Candidates must have at least a HS diploma/GED, although a four year degree in HR, math, or computer science is preferred, and must have at least two or more years of relevant HR work experience.
