Marketing Program Manager needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Walnut Creek, California.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide overall program/project leadership, guidance and management of scope for all Corporate Marketing and Distribution organization goal setting and stakeholder negotiations
- Leverages the expertise of the project managers and SMEs from each functional team and their associated staffs and assists with project prioritization
- Works cross-functionally with Marketing and other business units (eg IT, Finance, etc.) to implement new company and process improvement initiatives
- Manages project activities and communications across all project teams (including team meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, status reports, emails, etc.) including program reporting and status to senior management
- Acts as a key liaison between the business and IT to ensure alignment of business objectives with IT priorities
- Assists teams in defining project team tasks, assumptions, deliverables, dependencies and issue resolution, and escalates when appropriate
- Develops resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects and for the day-to-day operational activities; provides performance information, and implements positive discipline measures when necessary
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- CEM/CRM experience to five (5) years of Program Management experience and/or 7 to 10 years of experience as a project manager including projects >(USD)10M or multiple parallel projects with combined size >(USD)10M
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required
- Must have demonstrated ability for independent decision making, supporting large customer groups, and managing highly visible large-scale projects
- Documented system implementation experience
- Ability to work well in a matrixed organization that is extremely fast paced with competition for resources
- Must be able to manage programs assigned such that high-impact issues are identified, understood, communicated, and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to the program
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and other related applications
- Must be able to work extended hours (if needed)
- May require up to 25% travel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
