We are seeking a talented General Manager for a fast paced, casually upscale soon to be open restaurant near Walnut Creek, CA, the first year's annual sales volume is projected at $11 million! This position will start as a General Manager position then quickly assume the regional responsibilities over several other high volume restaurants in the Northern California market.
This company was recently founded and since then has won numerous Best Of awards and is constantly mentioned among the best of the best in local, regional, and national media outlets including The Huffington Post and The Howard Stern Show as well as being featured on national television shows including the Travel Channel and Discovery Channel. This is a growing restaurant company, with multiple concepts in the works, takes care of its employees- pays 100% of benefits, utilizes its strong kitchen presence to produce great tasting and 100% scratch food, and is known for having multiple craft brews on tap with a rotating menu!
Strong base salary- $90,000 to $110,000 plus high bonus potential & 100% paid benefits!
Requirements:
o 3
years of full service restaurant management experience
o Background in high volume, casual fine dining restaurant
o Great craft/ micro brew and beverage knowledge
o Experience opening several restaurants
o Must be able to relocate for trainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
