Litigation Support Customer Service Representative

QUiVX is looking to add an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic customer service representative in our Walnut Creek office. Someone who has the ability to work closely with sales to effectively manage projects and help source quality leads from existing customers.
Support
Responsibilities:
o Physically deliver and pick up client projects from various locations in Walnut Creek and surrounding areas in a timely manner.
o Work closely with sales and project management teams.
o Communicate with clients in person, via email, and phone regarding project status.
o Attract potential clients by addressing service related questions.
o Managing client expectations.
o Solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.
o Proactively collaborate with multiple team members regarding client projects.
o Proactively updating client account information in CRM platform.
Additional
Responsibilities:
o Clearly communicate service offerings to potential clients.
o Report potential leads to sales from existing clients and potentially new clients.
o Research marketplace and identify key buyers.
o Support sales by expanding current client base.
Qualifications:

o Clear and concise communication talents and problem solving skills.
o Confidence taking initiative and follow through on all responsibilities.
o General knowledge of Outlook and other MS Office programs.
o Completed 2-4 years of educational or professional experience preferred.
o Must live within 10 miles of Downtown Walnut Creek
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
