This search is conducted by SKD LaunchPad Talent acquisition division. We are conducting a search for fast growing a global leader in document management, distribution solutions and print-on-demand Company that has an immediate opportunity for Inside Sales Representative.
As an Inside Sales Representative for our client's cloud solution:
you are imaginative, collaborative, and competitive. Motivated by closing deals quickly, you will be at the forefront of this new product launch and a contributing member of our thriving growth-focused team!
Responsible for targeting small and medium-sized business clients across the US, you will drive sales in an industry that is primed-to-buy our new cloud solution.
As a market leader in enterprise content management, our client has leveraged their deep domain expertise, to develop and introduce a cloud product a value-driven solution that seamlessly manages the distribution and synchronization of Construction Documents and Project Information on both Mobile, Web, and Desktop environments - utilizing our proprietary SYNC, Markup Capture, Large File Sharing / Digital Shipping, and Auto Indexing / OCR built-in tools - all in a unified platform (among many other innovations!).
You will be responsible for representing our client and engaging with prospective new clients, to establish new accounts and build long-term relationships, while expanding the scope of your target market.
It'll be your mission to demystify technology / cloud, optimize the sales process, and break-down any technical barriers that keep our customers from evaluating and adopting our cloud product.
You will be upbeat, driven, well-organized, share a passion for technology and a love for working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Reports directly to the National Director of Business Development, CDIM
Be a hunter! Aggressively prospect into companies across the country
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
Identify and reach decision-makers at target companies
Schedule and perform product demonstrations for prospects
Manage and track leads in Salesforce.com, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Energetically make outbound calls and email your designated account list
Ensure quality engagement with prospects and customers, positioning our client product as the market leader
Proactively manage and respond to incoming sales leads
Prioritize competing day-to-day activities to ensure all sales quota and management objectives are met.
Proven sales experience, strong cold-calling experience (3-4 years)
Carried individual quota of $ 30k - 50k per month, and met sales targets set by managers
Experience with phone / web sales of subscription-based Cloud / SaaS products, with price-point between $250 - $ 2,000/ month
Fast learner, adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and relating the corresponding value propositions to our clients on-the-fly
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, illustrated through current or past work experience
Passionate about technology
Have the "Sales DNA" coupled with positive attitude, ambition, and tenacity!
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to generate sales proposals and close deals
4 year University degree required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
