Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Recruiter in Walnut Creek, CA.
As a Recruiter within Kaiser Permanente you will help manage staffing within National Recruitment Services; provide expert consultation on all phases of the staffing continuum; plan/implement all activities relating to staffing strategy, sourcing, recruiting, candidate development, selection and hiring for all levels and execute recruitment assignments; and develop/implement organizational staffing initiatives.
Qualifications
- In-house corporate recruitment experience.
- Ability to create and execute a wide range of recruiting initiatives, as well as implement new systems and technologies to identify the best talent.
- Experience working with the Taleo Applicant Tracking System preferred.
