Permit Technician I - $64,161- 77,989 Annually Permit Technician II -$70,586- 81,798 Annually The City of Walnut Creek's Community Development Department is seeking one Permit Technician to join its Building Division.
The City will fill this position at either level depending on the needs of the department and the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected.
Permit Technicians are responsible for performing a variety of administrative and technical duties in support of the services and activities of the development review function.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing outstanding customer service at a busy front counter.
The candidate will be a quick learner who is pro-active, shows initiative and is able to multi-task within a fast-paced office environment.
